Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open and use an account on the kkffb platform. These conditions exist to protect both users and kkffb.

Age & Identity

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Your name, address, and mobile number must be accurate and genuine.
• Identity verification may be required using a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• Registering under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential — do not share them with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the kkffb support team immediately.

Betting Rules

Please read this section carefully before placing any bets on kkffb. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, cancellation options are limited. Exercise caution before making your decision.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum limit varies by market.
• Bets can only be placed when your account has sufficient balance.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, kkffb reserves the right to void that bet.

Special Conditions for Live Betting

Odds on kkffb's live betting platform change in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed. If a bet is not confirmed due to loss of internet connection, it will be considered void.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All rules governing financial transactions on kkffb are outlined here. Please keep the following in mind when making deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, please contact support.
• Deposits made through third parties or from another person's account are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals above a certain threshold may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• kkffb reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All kkffb bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Following these terms ensures you get the most out of every bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Bonuses are generally eligible for withdrawal after completing a wagering requirement of 5–8 times the deposit amount.
• Bets placed with a bonus require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
• kkffb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device will result in permanent account suspension.

Account Suspension & Closure Terms

• Involvement in money laundering or fraudulent activity.

• Your account will remain suspended until valid proof of age is provided.

Upon account closure, any unused real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. This does not apply in cases of rule violations.

Dispute Resolution & Contact

If you have a dispute regarding any kkffb decision or betting outcome, please contact our support team. All complaints are taken seriously and handled with care.

An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint, with resolution targeted within 7 business days. kkffb's decision in dispute resolution is final, though a formal appeals process is available.
